Simply put, our approach includes clients interacting with actual screens they will be using once the project is complete. From there we construct, adjust and improve, the system before it is launched.

1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation	This phase consists of gathering the user requirements for the product. The work in this service involves: Studying any existing documentation Reviewing web sites with similar goals Building a set of user personas Defining user scenarios Consulting with the resident domain experts on personas and user scenarios Documenting user personas and scenarios Product Requirements Document This document includes a section defining the user personas for the product as well as task flow diagrams with text descriptions for each major usage scenario.
2. Building Wireframes and Iterating on Design	This phase involves designing the UI with wireframes, meeting with the domain experts to get feedback, and iterating on the design. UI Design Document This document includes a wireframe for each screen and textual description of the activities performed on it.
3. Creating High-Fidelity Screen Mockups	This phase involves the creation of high-fidelity screen mockups using Photoshop for each wireframe.
4. Implementation	We can provide full-service implementation of web-based applications and products. Rich Internet Applications (RIA) use cutting edge technologies such as AJAX, Adobe Flex 2 and OpenLaszlo on the client side and J2EE or PHP on the server side.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance	At this phase our quality assurance engineers will test the application and make sure it's "bug" free. Our engineers use both automated tools and manual testing to make sure the end result user experience is just perfect.
6. Support and Maintenance	Once we deliver the project, we don't just disappear. At VENARC we truly believe that a system should work for a very long time and we consider our clients our partners so we provide a world class support and maintenance.
